专利说明:

The invention relates to a flat bar for a card or carding according to the preamble of claim 1.
In today's high performance carts, the component heating and associated change in the spacing of the components plays an increasingly important role. So also the distance between the drum and the flat bar. In order to achieve a good quality at maximum production, this distance must be kept as constant as possible. However, the continuous increase in the production of the new card generations also leads to clearer differences between the cold carding gap and the warm state. In addition, there is the special situation in the individual flat bar that this is not permanently involved in the carding process and thus cycles continuously between heating and cooling. This in turn creates a temperature gradient between the clothing side of the flat rod (warm) and its back (cold). It is this temperature gradient that is responsible for the deformation (towards the drum) of the rod.
Today's flat bars (WO 2006 039 829 A) are designed such that inside one or more horizontally separate hollow chambers result, which are "filled" with air (good insulator). On the foot part two vertically arranged outer walls of the back are placed. The foot part, the two outer walls (webs) and a horizontally arranged intermediate wall enclose an inner cavity. The heat flows from the foot part in the two outer walls and is discharged from there to the ambient air. As a result, the heat flow is limited to the outer webs of the flat rod, which in turn are involved in heat exchange with the environment. This results in relatively high temperature differences between the clothing side and the back of the flat bar.
On card current design for the carding process as Kardierelemente cover with flexible sets (traveling lids) and / or Festkardierelemente used with all-steel sets. The actual trimmings are absorbed by high-precision carrier components. Usually, today used as a support member extruded aluminum profiles. These have numerous advantages, such as low weight, high stiffness, etc., however, have the disadvantage that they deform in the case of one-sided heating, which is the case during carding, to the heated side. The higher the component, the greater the rigidity, but also the deformation under the influence of heat. This deformation leads to a non-constant carding gap, which in turn results in a non-optimal technological carding result.
The carrier profiles for carding are now running as completely closed aluminum extruded profiles. The heat generated during the carding process is dissipated to a large extent via the carding to the outside. The necessary temperature gradient within the profile cross-section leads to deformation of the carding element. The greater this gradient, the greater the deformation.
By warming up but not only creates a thermal expansion over the entire working width of the card, but it also creates thermal gradients on the embodiments of the various components of the card. For example, at the drum surface, a temperature of 45 ° C may arise. A carding element located opposite the drum will also approximately reach this temperature on the side of the drum set. On the other hand, on the side of the carding element facing away from the drum, which by design (due to the working width and the accuracy of the elements) has several centimeters high backs, the temperature reaches a much lower value (for example 28 ° C). The difference in temperature over a carding element can thus amount to a few degrees Celsius. The size of this temperature difference depends on the nature of the element (construction, material), the work of carding (speed, production) and the distance between the element and the roller.
This thermal gradient causes bending of the elements over and across the width of the card. This deflection creates a narrower carding gap in the middle than outside. This creates a non-uniform carding gap, which widens outwards. This leads to a reduced carding quality and / or a poorer Nissenauflösung. This can also lead to "side flight" of the fibers. This means that fibers accumulate in the edge region and even settle, especially outside the working width. These effects are expressed in a card of 1 meter working width, but increase with increasing working width, e.g. if the working width is greater than 1 meter, for example 1.2 meters and more. The deviation caused by the above-mentioned effects can not be neglected here, but are a problem for the carding quality of the card. The problem of thermal deflection is added to the mechanical deflection, which increases with increasing working width.
The fact that Festkardierelemente and revolving flat bars warm up during operation of the carding, the aluminum extrusions of Festkardierelemente or revolving lid bars on the outside (side facing away from the drum) act as heatsink, the heat through free convection to the surrounding air submit. This creates a temperature gradient within the extruded profile. The side facing the drum is warmer and therefore expands more than the outward facing side, causing the fixed card or moving top bar to bend towards the drum. This bending (and also the stretching of the drum) causes the carding nip in the middle of the machine to become narrower, thus making the web more uneven and the quality worse. In addition, side flight may arise.
From WO 2004/106 602 A an element for a card is known, which can come into contact with at least one side with the fiber material, wherein the element has a concave arc on this side over the working width of the card. The work page is this hollow processed or directed. The element may be a covering or shuttering element, carding segment, cover, revolving flat bar, knife with possibly a suction device, guide element or working element. A disadvantage is that in the cold state of the machine, a concave arc is generated, which is the same for all operating conditions. An adaptation to the different heat generation in the processing of different fiber materials, e.g. Cotton and / or man-made fibers is not possible.
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a flat rod of the type described above, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned and in particular allows adaptation to different fiber materials and operating conditions or conditions and allows a constant carding.
The solution of this object is achieved according to the invention by a flat bar with the features of independent claim 1.
The dependent claims 2 to 19 have advantageous developments of the inventive flat bar to the subject.
Another aspect of the invention relates to a revolving lid for a card according to claim 20.
Finally, another aspect of the invention relates to a card with a revolving lid according to claim 20, according to claim 21. An advantageous development of the card is the subject of claim 22.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

Each flat bar 14 has at its two ends in each case a lid head, which in each case comprises two steel pins 14, 14. The parts of the steel pins 14, 14 projecting beyond the end faces of the cover leg 14b slide on the convex outer surface 20a of the sliding guide 20 in the direction of the arrow B. A clothing 18 is attached to the undersurface of the cover leg 14b. With 21 of the tip circle of the flat fittings 18 is designated. The flat bars 14 are extruded hollow profiles made of aluminum with an internal cavity. At 23, a driving element is referred to, which is in engagement with the toothed belt (not shown).
According to Fig. 3, the support body 14c of the flat bar 14 of lid back 14a and cover foot 14b and is formed as extruded hollow profile. In the interior of the hollow body a Fußsteg 141 is provided as a vertically arranged intermediate wall, which via two branched head webs 142bzw. 143 (see Fig. 3a) the cover foot 14b with the side walls 144bzw. 145 connects the lid spine 14a. The intermediate wall 141 and the branched webs 142, 143 are formed in cross-section substantially Y-shaped. The intermediate wall 141 and the branched webs 142, 143 are parallel to the longitudinal axis of the flat bar 14 - e.g. 1290 mm long and extending over the entire working width (see Fig. 8b) - arranged. The branched webs 142, 143 are connected at one end region to the intermediate wall 141. With their other end region, the branched webs 142, 143 are each with an inner surface of a side wall 144 bzw. 145verbunden. According to the embodiment of FIG. 3, the branched webs are respectively connected to the upper region of the side walls 144, 145. In this way, three longitudinal channels 146, 147 and 148 extend from one end to the other end (end faces) in the interior of the lid spine 14a. The three longitudinal channels 146, 147, 148 are closed in their wall area. The intermediate wall 141 and the branched webs 142, 143 are decoupled from the heat exchange with the environment by the adjacent longitudinal channels 146, 147, 148 (hollow chambers). The longitudinal channels 146, 147, 148 (hollow chambers) are filled with air. The intermediate wall 141 and the branched webs 142, 143 are integrally integrated in the lid spine 14a. The intermediate wall 141 is integrally connected to the foot part 14b and the branched webs 142, 143. The branched webs 142, 143 are integrally connected to the intermediate wall 141 and the side walls 144, 145. The two branched webs 142, 143 are connected to the respective upper region of the side walls 144, 145. The wall thickness of the intermediate wall 141 is greater than the wall thicknesses of the side walls 144, 145 (outer walls) of the lid back 14a (back part). The width of the intermediate wall 141 and the width of the branched webs 142, 143 are substantially constant. The supporting body 14c is an extruded aluminum hollow profile.
According to Fig. 4, two Fußstege 149, 1410 vorhanden, are connected to the two head webs 142, 143. The Fußstege 149, 1410 each form an acute angle with respect to the plane of the lid foot 14b. The foot lands 149, 1410 and the head lands 142, 143 are approximately X-shaped in cross-section.
5, a perpendicular to the plane of the lid foot 14b and vertically upwardly directed Fußsteg 141 is provided, at its upper end a horizontal head land 1411befindet, whose two end portions at the upper portion of the side walls 144bzw. 145 are connected.
According to Fig. 6, two Fußstege 1412, 1413ge formed vertically outgrowing from the cover foot 14b with their other end portions of the obliquely upwardly extending head webs 142bzw. 143 are connected. The foot lands 1412, 1413 include a wide longitudinal channel 1414.
Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which a foot ridge 141 and three connected head ridges 142, 143, 1415 are present. The structure of the arranged in the inner cavity foot and head webs consists of a material with higher thermal conductivity than the material for the support body 14c. This structure is attached with its free end to the inner walls of the inner cavity of the support body 14c. The embodiment according to FIG. 7 can also be formed in one piece, i. from a single material.
8a shows a traveling lid unit (see FIG. 1) in which a plurality of revolving flat bars 14 are pulled in the direction B and C with a toothed belt 24 (see FIG. The clothing 18 of each flat bar 14 interacts with the clothing 4a of the drum 4. The flat bars 14 are designed according to the invention.
Fig. 8b shows a part of the drum 4 with a cylindrical surface 4f of the shell 4e and drum bottoms 4c, 4d. The drum 4 is practically completely covered (encased) on all sides: in the radial direction by the elements 25, 25, 26 (see Fig. 1) and to the two sides of the card through the elements 171, 172, 19a, 19b. As a result, the heat from the drum 4 is hardly radiated to the outside (to the atmosphere). However, in particular the heat of the large-surface drum bases 4c, 4d is transmitted to a considerable extent via radiation to the large-area side plates 19a, 19b, from which the heat is radiated to the colder atmosphere to the outside. As a result of this radiation, the side plates 19a, 19b expand relatively less in comparison to the drum bottoms 4c, 4d, which leads to an undesired (carding result) to dangerous reduction of the carding gap a (FIG. 2a). The carding elements (flat bars 14) are mounted on the Einstellbögen 171, 172Flexibelbögen which are attached to the side plates 19a, 19b. When heated increases the Einstellbögen 17a, 17b - and thus the sets 18 of the flat bars 14 - relatively less than the extension of the radius r4 of the drum shell 4e - and thus the set 4a of the drum 4 - increases, resulting in the narrowing of the carding gap a , The drum shell 4e and drum bottoms 4c, 4d are made of steel, e.g. St 37, with a thermal expansion coefficient α = 11.5 • 10 <-6> [1 / ° K]. To compensate for the relatively different extent of the drum bases 4c, 4d and the drum shell 4e on the one hand and the side plates 19a, 19b (due to prevented radiation into the atmosphere due to encapsulation of the drum 4 or free radiation into the atmosphere of the side plates), there are the side plates eg made of aluminum with a coefficient of thermal expansion of α = 23.8 • 10 <-6> [1 / ° K]. The radial extent of the side plates 19a, 19b is greater than the radial extent of the drum 4. In this way, although the elongation of the drum 4 is maintained, the machine elements, e.g. Lid and / or carding, displaced in the radial direction to the outside or raised. As a result, the unwanted reduction of the carding gap a due to thermal influences is greatly reduced or reduced. The inventive design of the flat bars 14 of the thermal gradient in the flat bar 14 and thus the deflection of the flat bar 14 over the length l is substantially reduced, namely at larger working width of the flat bar 14, e.g. 1290 mm and more.
In Fig. 9 is broken off a support body 14c with a Fußsteg 141sowie flat cover 18, driving element 23 (connecting element) and toothed belt 24 is shown. The flat garniture 18 is part of a clothing strip which is attached to the underside of the lid foot 14b, e.g. via a magnetic strip and a metal carrier is attached.
The foot and head bars are formed as continuous impermeable walls. They extend in the inner cavity over the length of e.g. of the flat bar 14. Between the foot and head bars and the inner wall surfaces of the side walls 144, 14 continuous longitudinal channels 146, 147 are formed in this way. At its two outer end faces of the support body 14c is open. The Fußstege 141, 149, 1410, 1412, 1413 grow out of the lid foot 14b out up into the inner cavity. The head lands 142, 143, 1411, 1415 are connected to the foot lands and also extend upwardly into the interior cavity. In this way, the heat from the cover foot 14b out over the foot and head webs in the upper wall portions of the side walls 144, 145 and discharged from there to the outside into the atmosphere.
The lid back 14a comprises the two side walls 144 and 145 and an upper covering area 1416. According to the invention, the heat is preferably transferred to the upper areas of the side walls 144, 145 and at most a part via an additional head bridge 1415 (see Fig. 7) in the upper covering area 1416.
